I could go on and on about the mass issues with "taking over" Michael's finances - but I won't. It's a perpetual thing - and it would bore the snot out of all of you. Lets suffice it to say that it turns out that Raymond was right - I think either the 2 Hickory guys didn't bid on the business, or bid so low it was ridiculous.
On to happier things
My birthday - I think I'm seriously going to ask my parents to plumb my laundry room - so I can wash clothes, finally. The laundry mat is not a bad thing - I just can't find the time to go. Other than that - I start my first Small business class August the 30th. Did you hear that Kates? Whoohoo!
I think I may have carpenter ants. No comment. I'm pissed. Not thinking about it. Nope. Ah the joys of home debtership.
I still have a house guest - I'm all about her having somewhere to be, but I'm getting a little anxious about having my bedroom back - and someone else may be moving in with me. I need help with the mortgage. I especially will if Michael's business keeps going like it is (which is nooooo money) we'll see.
This all spurs me on to start my business sooner -
